These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are an integral part of the purchase agreement for goods/services and establish the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of product delivery, the procedure for cancelling orders and returning goods, refund policies, and dispute resolution procedures.

The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement the Terms at any time in accordance with the requirements set forth in the legislation. Such changes shall come into effect upon their publication on the Website.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the Website and/or introduce new fee-based services at any time at their discretion.

The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Customer, having selected the Goods, placed them in their shopping cart, specified the delivery address, and familiarized themselves with the terms, marked “I agree to the terms of use” in the order confirmation window.

The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

Delivery terms and conditions: When placing an order for goods, the Customer can choose the method of delivery:

Delivery through courier and/or parcel intermediaries is carried out within 14 days from the receipt of payment for the goods and the Customer’s receipt of confirmation via email or SMS that the order has been received.

For items available in the store’s warehouse, collection from the store is possible within 2 working days after receipt of payment and confirmation sent to the Customer.

For items manufactured upon order, collection from the store is possible within 14 days after receipt of payment and confirmation sent to the Customer, or after coordination with a consultant.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices indicated for the goods. To determine the exact delivery costs for an order, place all items in the virtual cart and proceed to the “Cart”. When selecting the delivery location, the system will provide the exact delivery costs for the order.

In cases where an order consists of multiple items and they are not delivered simultaneously, the Customer will be informed in advance, and a separate fee will be calculated for each delivery.

The Customer can make payment for the order:

  • by credit/debit card,
  • by bank transfer to the Seller’s specified bank account, indicating the order number,
  • via internet banking.

The Customer must make payment to the Seller within 1 (one) working day.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Customer within the delivery terms specified in the product descriptions. If the delivery of goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances independent of and dependent on the Seller, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Customer and coordinate all matters regarding the delivery of goods.

In cases where the Customer, upon receiving the goods, notices that the shipment does not contain the appropriate goods or the goods are of incorrect size, color, or have other discrepancies, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller.

Return Policy:

Exchanges, returns, and corrections are made in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CRPL) and the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 “On Distance Contracts”.

The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 days of receipt by sending a completed withdrawal form to the Seller along with a copy of the purchase document via email to

The goods must be returned in their original packaging and complete set.

Goods can be exchanged for other goods if the appearance, consumption properties, original packaging, and labeling of the goods are preserved, they have not been used, and/or damaged, and/or lost their appearance.

It is the Customer’s obligation to return the goods to the Seller within 5 days after sending the withdrawal letter. The Customer/Purchaser covers all expenses related to returning the goods to the Seller. The returned goods must be delivered to the Customer’s address: “Saulessēta”, Prauliena, LV-4825, Latvia, and must be in full set.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the transaction. The Seller refunds the amount paid for the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of returning the goods. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the payment for the goods and services until the Customer returns the goods or submits documents confirming the dispatch of the goods.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer’s use of the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in case the goods are damaged, used negligently, or not in compliance with the instructions, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

Dispute Resolution Terms:

All disputes arising between the Customer and the Seller, or related to the purchase of goods, will be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence with the aim of reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.

If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall resolve the dispute in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

Complaints about the availability or quality of goods should be submitted electronically by sending an email to or in writing by sending to the address “Saulessēta”, Prauliena, LV-4825, Latvia. The complaint will be reviewed within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with a response sent to the contact address indicated in the complaint.

If the complaint is considered unfounded and you do not agree with the recognition of your complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution options provided by regulatory enactments.
