This cocktail blends the rich flavors of PLŪKT Nordic Black tea with local berries and herbs, embracing the crisp, natural essence of the Nordic region. The cocktail is perfect for cozy evenings or festive gatherings, reflecting the connection to nature and the simplicity of Nordic traditions.

Ingredients (alcoholic version):

  • 1 cup PLŪKT Nordic Black tea (brewed and cooled)
  • 50 ml gin (preferably local or herb-infused, like aquavit for a more Nordic touch)
  • 1 tbsp cloudberry or lingonberry syrup (or use sea buckthorn syrup for a tangy kick)
  • 1 tsp honey (locally sourced, mild flavor)
  • Fresh thyme or juniper sprigs (for garnish)
  • Handful of fresh lingonberries (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Brew the PLŪKT Nordic Black tea: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of the tea in hot water for 3-5 minutes, then strain and let it cool.
